Cleveland Public Theatre announces auditions for:

 

Matt and Ben

Written by Mindy Kaling & Brenda Withers

 

Directed by Dan Kilbane

 

 

Looking for one female to play early-to-mid 20's in this comedy about
Matt Damon and Ben Affleck. Matt & Ben was a hit at the New York
International Fringe Festival and off-Broadway.  The New York Times said
this about the play:  "Refreshing and absolutely delightful...a
deliciously spiteful sendup."  The play follows Matt and Ben when the
script for Good Will Hunting falls into their laps.  Oh, and they are
played by women.  

 

Auditions are by appointment only! Please prepare a comedic monologue no
more than two minutes in length.  The audition will also consist of cold
readings from the script.

 

The production runs May 29 - June 14 in the James Levin Theatre.

 

Audition times are as follows:

 

Saturday, March 1 from 2:30 - 5:00 p.m. 

Sunday, March 2 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.

 

Auditionees are encouraged to read the script prior to auditions.  To
