As all of you know, there are people who mine the internet for  email 
addresses so they can spam them.
 
As a security measure, the last part of a poster's address will no  longer be 
visible in the archives.  It will be replaced by a bunch of  "x's."
 
Here is an example: 
_http://mailman.listserve.com/pipermail/neohiopal/Week-of-Mon-20080310/msg00005.html_ 
(http://mailman.listserve.com/pipermail/neohiopal/Week-of-Mon-20080310/msg00005.html) .
 
Those of you who ONLY view the Neohiopal mail through the archives  will no 
longer be able to easily write back to someone who has  posted.
 
The only easy solution to this is for you to subscribe.   Posters may also 
want to include their email address in the body of the  message.
