[NEohioPAL] CSU Summer Stages Auditions: Paid Summer Work

Don't forget, this weekend Cleveland State University will be holding
auditions (Equity and Non-Equity) for it second season of Summer Stages, a
professional repertory company operating in the historic Factory Theatre on
the CSU campus.  Audition slots are limited and Saturday is almost totally
booked, so call now!

 

Our season will consist of Rough Crossing, Dark of the Moon, and the rock
musical Two Gentlemen of Verona. Rehearsals will begin May 19, the season
will open July 10, and close August 10.  CSU Summer Stages operates under an
Equity U/RTA contract and offers both Equity and non-Equity contracts.
Equity Membership Candidacy contracts are available. 

 

Auditions (both Equity and non-Equity) will be held on:

Friday, March 28 from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Saturday, March 29 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

 

Callbacks will be held on Sunday, March 30, beginning at 1:00 pm.

 

Auditions will take place in the Studio Theatre, 1833 East 23rd Street (2nd
Floor) on the CSU campus, Cleveland, Ohio.

 

Please prepare two contrasting monologues (one comic, one serious) and 16
bars, preferably from the rock musical genre. An accompanist will be
provided. Your audition should not be over 5 minutes in total.  Contact our
