Please join us for a big band performance featuring New York-based
clarinetist/saxophonist Ken Peplowski on SATURDAY, APRIL 5th, 2008 at 7:30
PM at Garfield Heights High School's new Center for Performing Arts on
Turney Rd.  
  
 
  
KEN PEPLOWSKI, who has been compared to Benny Goodman, will perform big band
favorites along with the alumni big band, featuring other professional jazz

We are also celebrating the retirement of GHHS band director MIKE SHIVELY
after a 30+ year career, during which time Mr. Shively directed an
international award-winning jazz ensemble, and the Bulldog Marching Band
that performed at many parades, sporting events, and community celebrations.

Tickets can be purchased at the door.  $10 for adults, $5 for seniors (62+),
$3 for students, and children are admitted free.
