JAZZ DINNER-DANCE FEATURING THE CLEVELAND JAZZ ORCHESTRA SET FOR APRIL 19TH

The Firestone High School Instrumental Music Association (FHSIMA) will host an Evening of Jazz, a dinner-dance fund-raiser, on Saturday, April 19 at Fairlawn Country Club, 200 North Wheaton Road Akron, Ohio 44313. The renowned Cleveland Jazz Orchestra will be featured along with the Firestone High School Jazz Band. The evening begins with cocktails at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. and dancing until 10 p.m.

The beautiful Fairlawn Country Club will provide the perfect backdrop for this lavish event with great live music and fabulous food. Door prizes will be given away throughout the evening. All proceeds from the event will support FHSIMA's ongoing effort to preserve the Firestone High School Band's history as well as support its future.

Dinner will begin with a fabulous selection of hor doeuvres followed by House Salad, Chicken Piccata, Oven Roasted Redskins and Green Beans Almondine. And don't forget to save room for dessert, creamy Chocolate Dream Pie. (menu subject to change) A cash bar will be available.

The evening is "Black Tie Optional". Dinner-dance tickets are $50 per person or $360 for a table of eight and can be purchased online at fhsjazz.org or by calling 330.794.4432. Please leave a message.
