"Start spreading the news!"

Brecksville Theater On The Square will present the ever-popular musical revue The World Goes 'Round, May 2-3 and 9-10. The show is a compilation of well-known songs from the classic musicals of Kander and Ebb, such as Chicago, New York, New York, Kiss Of The Spiderwoman, Cabaret, Funny Lady and more. Co-directed by Jolene McPherson and Kimberly Bush, and music directed by Georgiann Bodle, the show features a dynamic cast bringing well-loved excerpts from these great American musicals to life, carrying the audience down memory lane! Included in the cast are Kimberly Bush, Jeanette Stack Luli, Jolene McPherson and Geoffrey Short.

Performances are held at the historic Old Town Hall Theater in Brecksville, on Public Square, at the corner of Ohio Routes 21 and 82. Curtain time is 7:30 for all shows. Tickets are $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and students through high school. Group rates are also available. The Old Town Hall Theater is handicapped accessible.

Opening night, May 2nd will feature a pre-show coffee house, generously sponsored by Starbucks of Brecksville, beginning at 6:30. On Friday, May 9th there will be a wine and cheese event generously sponsored by 21/82 Bistro & Wine Bar, also beginning at 6:30.
