"Cabaret" at Aurora Community Theatre runs for two more weekends, Friday
and Saturday only, at 8 PM.  Of our first 4 performances, 2 were sellouts
and 1 nearly so.  Please reserve ahead for seats; don't expect to be able
to walk in!

Remaining performances are May 9-10 and 16-17.  Tickets are $15.  The
theatre is located in Aurora where rtes. 43 and 306 intersect, "behind the

We are doing the 1986 Broadway Revival version, which is different from
both the original AND the Alan Cummings versions.  And different from the
movie, of course.  It was a "recreation" by the creative team, Kander,
Ebb, and Prince.  More emphasis on plot line.  All the best songs!  1930s
Berlin.  Decadent, but not THAT decadent.
