BlankOn the bayou, they call this a Fais do do.  Cleveland Independents is calling it ‘Nawlins Night.  Whatever you call it, it’s going to be one helluva evening.  Cleveland Independents will be featuring some of its most popular restaurants.  And the music?  None other than the legendary Buckwheat Zydeco.s (www.clevelandindependents.com).



Outrageously, mouth watering menu for the fundraiser includes:

- Paladar-Fried Oysters & Tomatoes Cimicchur from Boulevard Blue

- Crawfish and Shrimp Mumbo Jambalaya from Fat Fish Blue

- Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo with Jalapeno Cornbread from fire food and drink

- "Cajun Heart Attack" (crawfish, Andouille Sausage, Crab, Shrimp & Oysters with Pasta in a Creole-Spiced sauce) from Sergio's in University Circle/Sergio's SARAVA

- Buttermilk Fried Okra with Homemade Root Beer Rice - from The Leopard

- Banana Praline Bread Pudding and Bourbon Pecan Bars from J. Pistone Market & Gathering Place

- Lemon-scented Beignets with Macerated Raspberries from Moxie, The Restaurant/Red, the Steakhouse
