Excellent resource to include in theatre ethics lesson plans -- thanks 
for sharing it. 

For those who work in educational and/or community theatre, let's add:

I will always inform directors of all rehearsal conflicts before 
accepting a part.

and this:

I will honor my commitments and not drop out of a show in order to take 
something "better" that came along later.
