TRI-C WEST PRESENTS the Summer Calliope Series


PARMA - Cuyahoga Community College Western Campus Theatre Department
announces their Summer Calliope Series.  Tri-C West continues its
tradition of fine summer programming with four concerts, a production of
A Midsummer Night's Dream, and the annual visit by the Cleveland
Shakespeare Festival.  All events are FREE and open to the public.

Tri-C Collegiate and Civic Wind Ensemble June 1 6pm (note different
start time)

A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare July 25, 26, 27, August
1, 2, 3
Tri-C West Associate Technical Director Arthur Grothe directs a
streamlined version of Shakespeare's classic romantic comedy.  

The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival  
Hamlet by William Shakespeare - directed by Larry Nehring
Preview Thursday June 19th, Performances Friday and Saturday, June 20th
and 21st
 
Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead by Tom Stoppard - directed by John
C. Davis.
Preview Thursday June 26th, Performances Friday and Saturday, June 27th
and 28th.


All performances except for the June 1st concert start at 7:00 pm and
are held in the Western Campus Amphitheatre located at: 

11000 Pleasant Valley Rd.
Parma, OH  44130

In the case of inclement weather, events will be held indoors in the
Western Campus Theatre

Two quarters are required to exit the Tri-C West parking lot.
