[NEohioPAL] Saturday June 7th events in Medina OH

[Main Street Medina]

Good morning all-

This Saturday, June 7th, is the official kick-off to summer in historic
Medina, Ohio.

The 2nd Annual Chalk Art Festival, sponsored by Main Street Medina, will
take place on and around the Square.
Artists will work form 9-3, and then judging will take place from 3-5

There will be live, continuous entertainment, and cooking demonstrations in
conjunction with the Farmer's Market (see below)

The 7th is also opening day of the Farmer's Market on the square (and runs
every saturday morning through summer, 9a-1p). Shop
for fresh produce, delicious baked goods, and locally produced products.

Medina is roughly a 35 minute drive south of Cleveland, straight south on
Rte 71 to Rte 3, and a 25 minute drive west of Akron, straight out Rte 18

There is plenty of FREE parking around the district, mostly behind the
buildings.

Enjoy a day in the country with family-friendly events, fresh produce,
amazing art, fun shops, and good food.
