What: Hot Sweet Lyrical: A summer concert to benefit the Cuyahoga  
Community Land Trust

Come celebrate a summer afternoon with great music, grilled food and  
other tasty treats.
$10 suggested donation at the door

(songs sweet and dark from old Appalachia)

(lyrical indie rock)

We’ll raffle off some summer-time prizes and you’ll have a chance to  
learn how the Land Trust is working to make homeownership a reality  
for low- and moderateincome
families throughout the Cleveland area.

The Cuyahoga Community Land Trust is a non-profit organization that  
develops permanently affordable homes in the Cleveland area. Current
