There will be an amazing Yoga Master Class at 121 Fitness Center
Fathers Day at 9am.
121 will be letting people use the fitness center for free.  Just tell them you are there for the master class.
Yoga is an excellent compliment to any facet of the performing arts field it opens one to Creativiity-Deep Breath control (excellent for singing and projection)  Focus and more.

                  3:00 – 5:00       Discussion: Yoga off the Mat-Yoga Practice for Everyday                                                      
                                                      Life followed by Question and Answer Session

This event is open to students of all levels and beginners are welcome.  
Come learn more about your practice, meet other instructors and students and, most importantly, indulge in an afternoon of relaxation and bliss!
