                PRODUCER:  A few examples of all the tasks associated with mounting a 
                TV show

                    .  Money matters (expenses, income, sponsors, etc.)
                    .  Marketing & showcasing your talent 
                    .  Identifying & booking potential great guests
                    .  Finding & setting up studio space
 
                     DIRECTOR: A few examples of all the tasks associated with directing a 
                 TV show
                    .  Supervising:  Setting up; The show; Breaking down                     
                    .  Coordinating with the “team:” Technical (camera; lighting & 
                       sound); Production (producer; floor crew), Host & Guests
                    .  Directing:  Calling shots; Cueing action
