“The Utter Glory of Morrissey Hall”

This is a madcap musical based on the B&W British movie, “The Belles of
St. Trinian’s.” It takes place in a British girls’ school during the last
two weeks of term, starting out in relative calm but modulating through
teenage hysteria into outright war.

This is a musical you’ve probably never heard of. The music/lyrics are by
Clark Gesner who wrote “You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown.” Celeste Holm
played the Headmistress on Broadway during its brief run. Director Pierre
Brault envisions this as the best of the old Carol Burnett Show, so be
prepared for lots of craziness.

Tickets are $15 (Students and seniors: $12)
