We here at Something Dada couldn't help but notice how fetching the moon has been these past few nights. Bright, low in the sky, sometimes orange.. it's almost enough to bring out our inner werewolves.

Intrigued, we looked into these lovely lunar landscapes of late.  It turns out that the August full moon is called a variety of names, everything from the corn moon to the grain moon to the (incongruous, we felt) sturgeon moon, by some Great Lakes ancestors.

Well, we don't know so much about sturgeon, other than don't they have really freaky big teeth? But corn, we know. Corn, we like. Corn on the cob, fresh popped corn, corn casseroles, bring it on.

So go grab some ears of fresh corn, through 'em on the grill or in the pot and enjoy. Then come down to The Tower Press Building and catch a Something Dada show, during which we will make every attempt to ensure the comedy is NOT corny*.
