Yoga means union – union of body and mind.  Yoga provides you with the tools
needed to move safely and fluidly with more awareness of your body and its
abilities.  It can also lead to a clearer, more focused mind through
physical balance, breathwork, and meditation.



Hatha Yoga classes with a Sivananda influence.  See below for various
west-side locations.

Classes are appropriate for all levels, ages, and body types.
