YOGA FOR TEEN GIRLS  (11 years and  Up)  
Fridays 4:00 - 5:00  pm  
Instructor: Ann Thompson   
Class begins September 12 through December 5  (13 weeks)  $168 
Bring friends and experience yoga this fall.  Yoga has been around for 
thousands of years and you will be amazed how centered  and grounded you will 
become. Class will experiment with various stretches and  poses and some journal 
writing.  What a great way to unwind the stresses of the week and will be a great 
 start to your weekends.  Bring a  mat, blanket, water and a journal.  And 
bring some friends!
