[NEohioPAL] Auditions: Ohio Shakespeare Festival & Players Guild

Ohio Shakespeare Festival, in collaboration with the Players Guild Theatre,
is holding auditions for Shakespeare's The Comedy of Errors on Monday,
September 15, 2008, at the Players Guild in Canton, 1001 Market Ave. N.,
Canton, OH 44702.  (330) 453-7619

 

The show will rehearse in October, and open for a two-weekend run (Fridays,
Saturdays and Sunday matinees) on October 24, 2008.  (Possible student
matinee may be added in second week, as well.)  Performances will be indoors
(!) at the Players Guild's lovely mainstage theatre.

 

Please prepare a classical monologue, or choose a scene from the play
featuring the character (or characters) for whom you would like to be
considered.  The roles of Dromio and Antipholous have been cast.  Limited
AEA contracts available.  Director is OSF Artistic Director Terry Burgler.
