Only two weeks remain to catch The Rainmaker at Weathervane Playhouse -- on stage now through Sept. 21!

N. Richard Nash's romantic comedy pits a charming con man against a woman struggling to believe in herself.

Veteran Weathervane director BOB BELFANCE's cast includes HOLLY HUMES as Lizzie Curry, DANE LEE as Bill Starbuck, JOHN FAZIO as H.C. Curry, VINCE RICHARDS as Noah Curry, JASON DAVIS as Jim Curry, JIM FIPPIN as File and BOB KENDERES as Sherrif Thomas.

Elaine Guregian of The Beacon Journal calls Weathervane's production "funny...warmhearted...upbeat."

Performances are Thursdays at 7:30 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 each; seniors and college students pay $18 on Thursdays and Sundays. Children ages 16 or younger pay $16 at all performances. Half-price student-rush tickets ($10) are available beginning one half hour before each performance. (A special "senior matinee" will be offered at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17; tickets are available at no charge to senior groups at this performance only.)
