Tune into our new WUAL TV’s second show, with Donna Fox, Norma Powell and Sue Johnson, co-hosts. “A New You For A New Life” is a holistic health and wellness show which incorporates a variety of approaches to inspire a new approach to living and transforming one’s personal and professional life, embracing the seven holistic aspects of mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, material and relationship well-being.

. Kelly Chapman, inspirational vocalist and author, makes an encore appearance
on WUAL TV, as she discusses her new book, Real. Recently published, Real
brings a ‘real’ message to ‘sistah’ women, all women, and even the men in
women’s lives, who receive enlightenment from Kelly based on her earlier
experiences with ‘Mr. Wrong.’ And, even a few more ‘Mr. Wrongs” before she
learned and experienced the healing power of her faith in God. Now, in
paperback, Real is a wonderful companion to Kelly’s earlier CD,
also entitled ‘Real’ in which she sings about the trials and tribulations of
relationships until she, and all, women discover who they are and undergo God’s
healing process.
. Alecia Jones, owner Jovell, is a testimony to the entrepreneurial spirit as she
discusses the many ways she is transforming her life through her business, her
family and her recent relocation to Cleveland. A Renaissance woman in her own
right, she lists special event planner, sales, marketing and public relations
specialist, and grant writer as a few of her special interests and talents. Alecia is
also the newest member of the WAKE UP And LIVE’s team who is bringing her
extensive skills and experience to help take WAKE UP And LIVE to the next
level of organizational success.

. Sister Ann Winters, a long-time Ursuline nun, shares her experience and
teachings with Reiki Healing, a well-known alternative energy used in holistic
health and wellness. Demonstrating on Mac Michael, co-host, Sister Ann shows
how Reiki can be both relaxing and therapeutic in its healing qualities. Sister Ann
takes co-hosts, Norma Powell and Gary Webster for "a walk" on the
beautiful campus labrynth which helps "labrynth walkers" enjoy a meditative state.
Lester H.Bryant, Sr., videographer, also captures the scenic, peaceful Ursuline
grounds.
