PHYSICAL THEATRE LABORATORY
Saturdays, October 11 - Nov 15
For Teens and Adults 2- 4pm
Fee $25/ Session or $120 for Series
   This Physical Theatre Lab will focus on corporeal technique and choreography/play writing skills for the physical theatre. Class will explore useful play writing and composition strategies with exercises, tips and daily critiques, whether you are writing material for ensemble or solo work! Come explore and discover powerful tools to help you find your 'voice' as you develop your stage material! 

Work will require loose comfortable clothing or dance attire and bare feet

Instructor: Stephen Chipps is a resident artist with the Ohio Arts Council - Arts Learning Program and has conducted arts residencies and workshops throughout the US.  He is a faculty member of The School for Mime Theatre and its annual Youth Mime Theatre program held each summer at Kenyon College, and co-founder of two national touring companies. Stephen is a student of mime and movement masters Marcel Marceau, Stefan Niedzialkowski, the Goldston & Johnson School for Mimes and the Saskatchewan Seminars for Mime and Movement Theatre.
