Lorain County Metro Parks and TrueNorth Cultural Arts are pleased to
present the first of our Family Concert Series, Little Red Riding Hood,
at French Creek Nature Center on Saturday, October 25 at 11a.m. and
Sunday, October 26 at 3 p.m.  Tickets are $5 and children age 3 and
under are free. Tickets can be purchased at French Creek Nature Center,
the Carlisle Visitor Center, by calling 1-800-LCM-PARK or online at
www.loraincountymetroparks.com.  
Little Red Riding Hood is a children's opera written by Seymour Barab.
It is a delightful one-hour opera adaptation of the fairy tale classic.
Produced and performed by members of TrueNorth, this version transforms
the scary wolf into a comic character and teaches important lessons
about life. It's a musical treat the whole family will devour, and a
great way to introduce children to opera.
