[NEohioPAL] Audition: High School Male (possible female) needed for far west side shows!

We are looking for a high school male (and possible female) to join our established troupe of other high school actors. The Safe Harbour Teen Council is presenting a one act play, several times during November, about the dangers of teen dating abuse. Due to a health issue we have lost our male "abuser" and need to fill the role ASAP! There is a possible opening for an additional female role also. Actor should be athletic "type", but all submissions will be considered. There is possibility of more casting. All experience levels should apply-you just need to be able to memorize quickly!
 
We are FAR FAR west side (ie...Erie and Huron Counties), but a short ride from Lorain county or even the far west side. This program, a grant from Bowling Green State University and in conjunction with BGSU-Firelands, explores the issue of dating abuse from a teens perspective. We will reach over 1700 students this fall in productions at both schools, youth groups, and the college.
 
We need someone who can commit to 5-6 productions in November and a taping of the program during the first week in December. THERE ARE PERKS!! Each actor receives a copy of the DVD, mileage allowance up to 100 miles, and a free headshot! There is no pay-but the community service experience is priceless on college resumes! Already, one of our actors has gotten national coverage based on this program.
