Introduction to Pilates
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 p.m.; 9 week session; 11/5-1/21; $85
Introduction to the six main principles that are the foundation of the Pilates method in addition to the exercises in the basic mat series.  This is a slow/moderately paced class that offers one-on-one interaction.

Dance Sampler
Ages 7 to 10; Tuesdays 5:00-6:00 p.m.; 6 weeks; 11/11-12/16; $60
An introduction to ballet, tap, and jazz for the beginning student.
Instructor:  Devon Shriver

Introduction to Dance
Ages 3 to 5; Fridays 1:15-2:00 p.m.; 6 weeks; 11/14-12/19; $60
An introduction to the basics of dance and movement in this class that is a springboard to preballet.
