vulnerable, mid 20s-30s
*Sam Hendrix*. Photographer, former Marine, late 20s-mid 30s
*Mike Talman*. Small time con artist, ex-con. 30s
*Sgt. Carlino*. Same as Mike, but not as smart
*Harry Roat*. Sinister, a killer - 30-50
*Gloria*. 9-year old girl from a dysfunctional family. Smart, 
independent, bratty at times

*Policemen* (two needed) - "the cavalry to the rescue" at the climax of 
the play
