> The Diviners is a play that takes place in Zion, Indiana during the  
> Dust Bowl and Great Depression in 1932. It is a pivotal year for  
> citizens in the United States; one of the most important elections  
> in U.S. history, Herbert Hoover vs. Franklin Delanoe Roosevelt, is  
> about to take place. The small town of Zion is a close-knit  
> community of farmers, hardworking townsfolk, and a boy named Buddy  
> who experienced a near-death experience as a small child,  
> traumatizing him for life. Because of this, he is so sensitive to  
> water that he can sense its presence anywhere, especially with the  
> help of a divining rod. His life is changed when a stranger named  
> C.C. enters Zion, looking for work. The Diviners is sure to make  
> audiences laugh, cry, and experience everything in between.
