[NEohioPAL] Looking for a boy scout envelope hat and scarves!!! Help!

Hey..does anyone happen to have a boy scout envelope cap and/or scarves? The
hat needs to fit an adult size?  I am costuming a show and cant seem to find
one anywhere.
