This 4 hour seminar will cover the following

How to find the best Voice Acting Class or Private Coach.
How to create a competitive VO demo that shows your niche and gets you work.
How to package your demo; on dvd and on line.
How to market your demo affectively in your region, with and without an 
agent.
How to get an agent.
How to join a union (AFTRA and/or SAG) or how to compete without one.
How to keep your instrument (voice) and tools (technique) healthy and sharp
Seminar hand outs will be provided, but do bring a notepad and pen.  Audio 
or video recording of any kind is prohibited.  Jean Zarzour & Donna  Belajac 
Casting will be videotaping the seminar, so there will be release forms 
available for anyone who does not want to be recorded.

Want to test your VO chops? Jean will record you reading radio copy which 
will be played back for immediate feedback.
Want feedback on your current demo? There will also be an opportunity for a 
few participants to have their demo assessed during the 4 hour session. 
Honest but thoughtful feedback is always provided.

Jean Zarzour is a 30 year veteran performer, seen and heard internationally 
in TV, Film, Theater, Radio, Dance, Improv and Corporate Communications. 
She has appeared in feature films opposite Joe Pesci, Stanley Tucci, 
Mercedes Ruhell, James Coburn, Rob Lowe, Clint Howard, Marc Singer and most 
recently in  Zack and  Miri Make a Porno with Seth  Rogen.  Currently, Jean 
can be heard on ads for Ruggles, Ohio.net, CEI and Smith Dairy. T.V. credits 
include Candid Camera & America's Funniest People.  She has appeared in 5 
Off-Broadway productions, in 30 regional theaters and in Menopause The 
Musical from 2004-2006. As Owner of LIPSCHTICK, Jean has built a renowned 
reputation for putting the "Show" in "Business" nationwide since 1989 with

In 2005, Jean founded The GOT PAY? Organization, an artists advocacy and 
education resource at www.gotpay.org and in 2006,  founded The Find Your 
Voice - Voice Over Institute, providing Voice Acting classes for TV, Film, 
Radio, Live Presentations and Voice Over Demo production at top recording 
studios in Cleveland & Pittsburgh.  She has taught acting for Stage, Radio, 
TV, Film and Movement For Actors the greater Cleveland Area for the past 20 
years and for 2 years in London, England.  Jean is a graduate of the 
American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The Stella Adler Conservatory. She 
studied dance at The American Ballet Theater/Joffrey Ballet in New York City 
and Improv at Second City -Chicago & Cleveland.  Jean is a proud member of 
AFTRA, SAG, AEA & VASTA.

Donna Belajac Casting Since 1982, Donna Belajac has been the principal 
casting agent for hundreds of Film and TV productions includingThe Kill 
Point, Flashdance, Silence of the Lambs, Wonder Boys, The Mothman 
Prophecies, Hoffa, The Gaurdian, West Wing,  Unsolved Mysteries, The Young 
and The Restless, GE, Haggar Slacks, Nike,Chevy Trucks, McDonalds, Marathon 
Oil, Giant Eagle, Pizza Hut, Miller Lite, Subway and Diet Coke. In addition 
to casting, Donna has taught acting for the camera at Carnegie-Mellon
