[NEohioPAL] Canton Area short film project

This is a call for actors and actresses. We are a group from The
advanced video production at Stark State College and are filming a
short excerpt from Dead Poets Society. We are Only doing a few scenes
from the script and would appreciate you not going out and watching the
video before auditioning as we have reimagined the section we have
chosen to do. 

The following rolls need to be cast. 

Mr Perry: 40 to 60 White Male Strict father of an upper mid income family. Stern yet sympathetic. 

Mrs. Perry: 40 to 60 White Female Quiet and caring for her family,
this roll will have few speaking lines but a lot of emotion needs to be
carried out effectively. 

Niel Perry/ Puck: 18 to 30(approx.)White male, senior year student,
very passionate about the things he does. this character needs to be
able to do a part of Shakespeare's Midsummer night. 

Todd: 18 to 30(approx.)White male senior year student. Very quiet
room mate of Niel Perry. Small roll but important never the less. 

Charlie: 18 to 30(approx.) White male senior year student. He was the loud mouth Small roll but important never the less. 


Few various backstage extras.  Both male and female. 


This is a coy and credit gig only. Filming will begin in approx 2
to 3 weeks. Some refreshments will be provided. Wardrobe will be from
your own stock. Don't worry nothing messy, casual dress for the most
part, and 40's 50's style.
