TRI-C WEST to take audiences to Maynard, Texas.

PARMA - Cuyahoga Community College Western Campus Theatre Department
announces production dates for Lone Star and Laundry and Bourbon by
James McClure. Production dates are February 20, 21, 26, 27, 28 at 8pm,
and February 22 and March 1 at 2pm. These shows set in the little town
of Maynard, Texas will be performed back to back each evening. Both
shows are directed by Western Campus Theatre Department Coordinator
Robert Ellis. Seating is limited for this production, and reservations
are strongly encouraged. This production contains mature language and
themes.

About the shows:

Laundry and Bourbon is the story of three small-town women, Elizabeth,
Hattie, and their nemesis: Amy Lee Fullernoy. While sipping bourbon and
coke, Elizabeth and Hattie gossip about their less-than-perfect
husbands, the antics of their children and the memories of their wild
youth.

Roy loves three things: this country, his beautiful wife, and his 1959
Pink Thunderbird Convertible - not necessarily in that order. Lone Star
is Roy's story. It is a typical Texas night and Roy sets about to drink
a case of beer while regaling Ray, his brother who worships him, with
his military and sexual exploits.
