[NEohioPAL] Arts Festival and Performance Opportunities

The Summer Festival of the Arts, a juried fine arts festival located at 
Youngstown State University, is accepting applications from artists 
interested in applying for one of the openings. The two-day festival is 
scheduled for July 11 and 12. In addition, performing artists are also 
encouraged to apply. Several outdoor stage areas will include 
performances by music, dance and theater groups and individuals. Those
