Come and enjoy a FREE Zumba fitness class! 

at Cleveland Swing and Salsa on Sunday March 8th. 

7:00 pm to 7:45 pm. with certified Zumba instructor Amy Spondike. 

What is Zumba? 

 

Zumba combines high energy Latin and international music with unique, exciting 

easy to follow dance steps. Each routine features aerobic/fitness interval training 

with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Parking lot and entrance is in the back and we are downstairs.
