[NEohioPAL] Musical Director needed for Man of La Mancha

Weathervane Playhouse in Akron is looking for a musical director for Man of La Mancha.

The show plays June 4 - 28, 2009.  Rehearsals begin April 19.

 

Director for the production is Jacqi Loewy who, for Weathervane, has directed The Full Monty, The Rocky Horror Show, The Last Five Years, Proof, The Fantasticks and The Laramie Project. She directed the world premiere of Faye Sholiton's V-E Day for Dobama Theatre and the Cleveland Play House's Next Stage series. Among her numerous other local directing assignments were productions of Constellations (Case Western Reserve University), Berlin to Broadway with Kurt Weill and The Fantasticks (Lyric Opera Cleveland).

 

Competitive fee offered.

 

(Cast Auditions are Sunday, March 15 from 3 - 9 p.m. and Monday, March 16 from 7 - 9 p.m.)
