FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Rabbit Run Theater Auditions for She Loves Me

Auditions for Rabbit Run Theater's summer production of the delightful
musical She Loves Me are Saturday, Mar. 21, and Sunday, Mar. 22, from 1 to 4
p.m. both days.

She Loves Me (book by Joe Masteroff, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick and music by
Jerry Bock) will take center stage beginning July 17 through August 2.
Georg and Amalia, co-workers in an European parfumerie, are at constant odds
with each other and take solace in their anonymous romantic pen pals little
knowing they are writing to each other. Set in the 1930's, She Loves Me is
considered one of the most endearing and wholeheartedly romantic musicals
ever written.

The production calls for numerous roles both male and female, ages 18 to 65.
Brendan Sandham is the director; Beth Johnson is the musical director.
Production dates are as follows: July 17, 18, 19, 23, 24, 25, 26, 30, 31,
Aug. 1, 2.

All auditions are at the RRCAA fine arts building, 49 Park St., Madison
Village. Auditions are by appointment only. Actors should prepare a short
song of about 16 measures to sing and wear comfortable clothing for
movement. Please bring the sheet music for the pianist. Monologues are not
required.

To schedule an audition appointment call Rabbit Run Community Arts
Association beginning February 17 at 440-428-5913. RRCAA is located at 49
Park St., Madison Village. Rabbit Run Theater is located at 5648 W. Chapel
Rd., Madison.

RRCAA is a comprehensive fine arts association offering year-round
instruction in all the major disciplines of the fine and performing arts and
also operates Rabbit Run Theater. Partial funding is provided by the Ohio
Arts Council and the Lake County Visitors Bureau Arts and Culture Fund.
