PIPPIN runs July 31-August 23, 2009 in the Alma Theater.  Thursdays-Sundays
at 7pm.  Sunday matinee at 2pm.

Featuring music by the award-winning composer of Wicked and Godspell (music
and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, book by Roger O. Hirson), this mischievous
and humorous Tony Award-winning tale will be directed by Victoria Bussert,
³Cleveland¹s leading musical director.² [Plain Dealer]

THE CAST
Reuniting after their critically acclaimed turn last summer as Harold and
Maude, Corey Mach stars as Pippin and Maryann Nagel is Berthe, Pippin¹s
saucy grandmother.  Corey and Maryann are joined by another Harold and Maude
cast member:  Devon Yates (Catherine, the widow) brought down the house last
summer with her multiple wacky portrayals as a maid, Harold¹s blind date,
and very serious actress, Sunshine.  Jessica Cope takes on Leading Player,
the role that made Ben Vereen a star.  Oliver castmates Hilary Smith and
Chris McCarrell return to play Fastrada and Lewis.  Rounding out the cast
are Joey Stefanko (Theo, Catherine¹s son), Maggie Roach, Andrea Leach,
Antwaun Holley, Jens Lee Peterson, Nicholas Varrichio, Jay Ellis and
Elizabeth Wehrli.
