MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2009:  Broadway stars come to Cleveland for a one-night
concert to benefit Artists Striving To End Poverty (ASTEP).  

The concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Performing Arts Center, Cuyahoga
Community College—Eastern Campus, 4250 Richmond Road, Highland Hills, Ohio.


Tickets are now on sale!

 

Emma Wahl, an 8th grader at Hathaway Brown School in Shaker Heights, Ohio,
is producing “For Good,” featuring Broadway stars

Jenn Colella

 

(who have starred in the Broadway casts of Les Miz, The Little Mermaid,
Urban Cowboy, Wicked, Lennon, Hairspray, Good Vibrations, Assassins, High
Fidelity, The Wild Party, Sunday in the Park with George, Jersey Boys, Guys
& Dolls, Sweeney Todd, and others)

  

Mary-Mitchell Campbell, ASTEP founder, is the musical director.  

 

  In addition to the concert, the evening will include a raffle of unique
Broadway items and experiences, including private backstage tours of
Broadway’s hottest shows and theater memorabilia signed by

Kristin Chenoweth and many other Broadway stars.  

 

ASTEP is an organization which uses the arts to empower underprivileged
children in India, South Africa, New York City and rural Florida.    

 

“For Good” is open to the public and all seats are reserved.  Tickets are
$25 (students) , $50 (adults) and $100 (VIP, including preferred seating,
post-concert reception and photos with the artists, unique Broadway gifts or
Broadway backstage tours).  A portion of the ticket price is tax deductible.
