University Circle Inc. and Judson at University Circle present Circle
Home Tour

A showcase of the unique homes and lifestyles in University Circle

Preview Party - Saturday, May 2, 6-9pm

Full Circle Home Tour - Sunday, May 3, 1-5pm

CLEVELAND (March 30, 2009) -- University Circle Inc. (UCI) and Judson at
University Circle present the first annual Circle Home Tour - a showcase
of the unique homes and diverse lifestyles found in and around the
University Circle neighborhood.

"As University Circle grows in population, it's growing
internationally," says Chris Ronayne, UCI president. "Taking a cue from
our international newcomers, many of whom are accustomed to living in
cities around cultural assets, transit lines, and within walking
distance to work, Clevelanders are discovering all over again that they
can fully live in a world class urban district without ever leaving
home."

The Circle Home Tour kicks off on Saturday, May 2 at 6pm at Judson Manor
(1890 East 107th Street at Chester Avenue) with a reception featuring
cocktails, hor d'oeuvres, and the music of The Joe Hunter Trio followed
by an exclusive sneak preview of homes on the tour, with transportation
provided by Lolly the Trolley. The evening concludes at Park Lane Villa
(10510 Park Lane), with a dessert reception and tours of model suites.

Tickets to the preview event are $75 per person and include admission to
the full Circle Home Tour on Sunday, May 3. Tickets are on sale now at
www.universitycircle.org.

"People choose to live at Judson Park or Judson Manor so they can
participate in the University Circle neighborhood and have great access
to all the wonderful organizations," says Cynthia H. Dunn, president and
CEO of Judson at University Circle. "Living in the Circle has tremendous
appeal to folks who want to remain involved and engaged in their
community."

The complete Circle Home Tour will showcase ten Circle-area homes.
Participants can begin their self-guided tour either at the University
Circle Visitor Center (11330 Euclid Avenue), or Judson Manor.

Tickets for the public tour are $10 in advance at
www.universitycircle.org, or $15 (cash only) on the day of the event at
either the University Circle Visitor Center or Judson Manor.

Proceeds from the Circle Home Tour benefit University Circle Inc
community education programs.
