Participants will learn the flowing movements of the floor-based Breema
partner bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and we'll explore the Nine
Principles of Harmony and their support for increased comfort in your daily
life. Breema is easy to do, yet has profound benefits for the body, mind and
feelings, bringing the three into balance and harmony. The bodywork uses
nurturing touch, comfortable stretches, and rhythmic movements that are
delightful to learn, practice and receive. Self-Breema exercises can be done
anywhere, in ordinary clothing and help decrystallize conditioned patterns,
neutralize stress and release tension. Adequate time will be allowed for
questions and answers.

*It's all in the Family...*

Mike Curtis of The Yoga Place is a long-time friend of Honey Run and can
sometimes be seen smiling and playing guitar in the dining room. Dee Curci
of The Blessed Foundation is also a long-time friend of Honey Run, and can
sometimes be seen wandering in the woods.

*Also, Stay Tuned for info. on the next retreat weekend here at Honey Run...
