This Friday, Something Dada is happy to announce that we're taking part of a comedy showcase down in the Flats, featuring a veritable plethora (i.e. a lot) of Dada alums.

Here's the skinny:

"On Fri Apr 24th for one very special night only The Powerhouse Pub presents an evening of amazing local art and absolutely hysterical comedy from Cleveland and Chicago!

Join us from 7:00-8:30pm for "Art In The Powerhouse"! Walk through The Powerhouse Pub's intimate space and enjoy beautiful local art compliments of Pop Shop Gallery and Studio of Lakewood. Sample delicious lite appetizers compliments of Howl at the Moon.

>From 8:30-11:30pm catch "We All Scream For Comedy!" This show spotlights comedy groups and performers from Cleveland and Chicago. This show involves some of the best standup, sketch comedy, short form and longform improv that you will find anywhere.

Friday Set #1
Quinn Patterson - Cleveland standup and member of the Irregulars Comedy Group.
Something Dada - Cleveland's premier short form improv theater now in its 15th smash year.
Last Call Cleveland - Cleveland's Premier sketch comedy group and a favorite of national sketch festivals.

Friday Set #2
Joe Howard - Cleveland standup and a favorite of the Improv in the Flats.
FWB Improv - Cleveland's newest and hottest long form improv group.
Hey You Millionaires - Voted BEST SKETCH GROUP in Chicago for 2008.
