The Clague Playhouse Gallery presents works by Andrew Reach during the run of Neil Simon’s farce, Rumors, from Friday, April 24 through Sunday, May 17, 2009.
 
Andrew Reach has taken a life altering turn from Architecture to Art as a way of coping with a disease of his spine. Living with debilitating pain and unable to do his Architecture, he has turned inwards towards a wealth of creativity within his subconscious to create works of art that express hope and perseverance. Creating his work digitally on photoshop, his artistic odyssey has paralleled the realm of art therapy and the healing arts as he went on an amazing journey of self discovery and expression that continues today and helps him cope with his pain and disability.  
 
Andrew’s art has been exhibited in solo and international juried exhibitions in Miami; New York; Burlington, Vermont; San Francisco and Chicago including his most recent solo exhibition titled “Full Circle” at the Frost Art Museum in Miami, a building he helped design.
 
The lobby gallery is open during Box Office hours, Wednesday through Saturday 1:00-6:00pm.
 
A free reception for patrons follows the Friday, April 24 performance where there will be an opportunity to meet the gallery artist and the cast. 
 
Clague Playhouse is located south of Detroit Road off the I-90W Clague Road Exit.  Free parking as always.
