ADVANCED TICKET SALES FOR THE MUSIC MAN
AT THE CASSIDY THEATRE WILL WARM UP YOUR SPRING
An affectionate tribute to Small town, U.S.A. of a bygone era, Meredith Willson’s “The Music Man” follows fast-talking traveling salesman Harold Hill as he swindles the people of River City, Iowa. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain’s fall. The show includes favorite songs like “Goodnight my Someone”, “Gary Indiana”, “Marian the Librarian”, and “Seventy Six Trombones.”
Based on a Story by Franklin Lacey with Book, Lyrics and Music by: Meredith Willson
Directed/ Choreographed by Lester Currie
