The 10-10 Festival
*Show Dates:* Fridays and Saturdays at 8pm July 10 - July 25, 2009 (more

*Auditions:* May 18th and 19th at 7pm at CVLT's River Street Playhouse,
56 River St. No appointments necessary.
*Looking for: *Need a company of actors 18 to 70's and someone who can
play a boy of 12 - 15. We anticipate that all actors will appear in more
than one piece.
The ten, ten-minute one-acts to be presented include works by local
playwrights and several world-premieres:
* /Dr. Wu Has Been Eliminated/ by John Busser (Parma, OH) -- Four
men 20 or older
* /A Walk in the Park/ by Robert Fortlage (Beachwood, OH) -- One
man, one woman 50 or older
* /When You Lose a Friend/ by Dominick Danza (Mansfield, OH) -- One
man 20's to 50, one man or woman any age
* /After Godot/ by George Freek (Belvidere, IL) -- Two men 30's to
40's, one woman or man any age
* /Let Me Tell You Something/ and /Girl Story/ by Jonathan Wilhelm
(Cleveland Heights, OH) -- One woman 20 to 40, one man 20 to 40,
and one man 55+
* /Afterparty/ by Noell Wolfgram Evans (Columbus, OH) -- One woman,
one man 20 to 40's
* /On Wings of Song/ by Rollin DeVere (Chagrin Falls, OH) -- Two men 18+
* /The Bachelor/ by Stanley Toledo (Richmond, CA) -- One man/boy who
can play 12 or so, one woman 30+, two men/women any age
* /Two for Tea/ by Susan Apker (Bixby, OK) -- One woman 40 or older,
one woman or man any age
*Prepare: *Please come prepared to read from the script; a short
monologue would be appreciated but is not required. Acting resumes and
headshots welcome, but not required.
*Directed by:* Yvonne E. Pilarczyk & Don Knepper
