I have looked at the websites. They, and the email below, does not address the main concern: Is anyone going to want money from talent?

I wouldn't call it a "fear," so much, as a legitimate concern. The bottom line, as people much more qualified than I have already posted, is that no legitimate agent or agency will ever take money from talent up front for "training, photos, etc." They will take a percentage when and if they get you work.

So, since the websites show that they have working talent, show up at the audition, but be prepared to walk away if they want money from you. Or not. It's obviously up to you. Buyer beware!

I received this email from the original sender on yesterday.  I hope this quiets all fears.  I also hope that we turn out in droves because Cleveland has some of the best untapped talent in the world, and it is hig time we were given our props..

Yes, this agency is affiliated with Wilhelmina New York/Paris. You might want to visit the web sites at the bottom of the audition notice to verify their authenticity. 

The Senior Booking Agent for Wilhelmina/Evolution & Talent Inc. is a Cleveland native, having gone on from her theater roots here (12 years in local/community theater) to 7 years at Disney World as one of the most cherished of characters and now on to searching for talent to open the doors for others.
