The Great International Goulash-Gulyás Cook-Off 

 

Goulash, also typically known as Gulyás, is a stew or a soup, usually made of beef (and sometimes other meats), red onions, vegetables, spices and ground paprika, etc. The name originates from the Hungarian gulyás (pronounced goo-yash), and refers to a cattle herdsman. 

 

Come and join in to sample and vote for the best!

      Admission: $8 in advance / $10 at the door 

      Includes 3 samplings of Goulash / Gulyás, voting ballot and a beverage!
