These two very special program offerings are available for all students
with an interest in exploring the world of Strings or Jazz. Taught by
the finest instructors in all of Ohio, these programs provide students
with the opportunity to explore the art form while receiving first class
professional instruction in their instrument.

Scholarships are available for qualified families.

Strings Attached

(Metro Campus)

July 27 - August 7, 2009 Price: $350

Ages: 9-16

This camp provides students of violin, viola, cello and bass, an
opportunity to not only polish their instrumental skills, but to create
their own music as well. The camp combines String Ensemble classes with
a Language Arts class in which the students learn journaling,
storytelling, and poetry. The student then selects one of their poems or
stories, and a team of fellow students work together to create a
performance piece with original words and original music. Students
succeed, sometimes astonishingly, in expressing themselves, while at the
same time perfecting their skills of music and language.

Mon. - Fri. 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Summer with the Jazz Masters

Clayton, James Moody, Bobby Watson and Danilo Perez, Scott Hamilton,
