I'm looking for a female or gay male to share a large home with in Cleveland
Heights.

I’ve lived here for a number of years and my roommate moved out rather
unexpectedly.  I really want to stay but I need to find at least one other
roommate *very soon* or else I’ll be forced to move!

This is a great opportunity to live in a quiet, comfortable & clean home
with someone who’s respectful and responsible. Length  of time is negotiable
but I’d like to have someone who will be here at least through April of
2010.



*Details:*

There are 2 *unfurnished* bedrooms available for 1 or 2 people.
The rest of the home is furnished but there is room for more if you have it.

*Rent:*

1 person would be $475/mth.
2 people would be $300/mth./head.
*Bills:* (*We'd split the utilities, cable and internet/Wi-Fi.)*

1 person would be approximately $250-$300/mth.

2 people would be about $200/mth./head.

5-10 minute drive to CRWU, CIA, JCU, The Cleveland Playhouse and both
Hospitals.

20 minute drive to CSU, Playhouse Square, downtown

Close to Lee Rd and Coventry Village!



I’m a working female professional who’s pretty laid back with an artistic
background. I’m also a bit of a computer techie. I am past my crazy party
stage but like to socialize, watch TV and movies, go out for drinks now and
then, go to the parks, shopping, etc. but for the most part I’m usually
working on some project or another and am pretty quiet.

*Available July 1st or earlier!*

I’d prefer to have someone until at least the end of April 2010, but length
of time can be negotiable.
No pets due to allergies even though I love animals!
No smoking or drugs please.
1 month’s rent required as deposit but can be paid in installments.
Person must be responsible, clean, and friendly, with a good attitude.
