Here's what the critics are saying about convergence-continuum's
production of QUAKE, a comedy by Melanie Marnich, now onstage at the
Liminis theater. (And yes, it's air-conditioned.)

"a funny, pointedly poignant night in the theater"
"very funny, very smart, check it out."
(Tony Brown, PD theatre critic)

"a glittering collection of interesting scenes here, all infused with
witty wordplay." (Christine Howey, Rave and Pan)

Lucy is on a cross-country mission, looking for the love of her life. Her
journey takes her across the American landscape, through a rollicking
series of hilarious and highly eccentric relationships in which time and
emotion pass in a warped instant. When her quest becomes entangled with
that of a quirky female serial killer (an astrophysicist gone bad!), the
landscape changes once again, as they cross state lines and fault lines,
exploring the unpredictable geography of the human heart.

QUAKE runs Thu-Sat through June 27 at the Liminis, 2438 Scranton Rd. in
Cleveland’s historic Tremont neighborhood. All shows are at 8 pm. Tickets
are $15 general admission, $12 students/seniors (65+). For information and
reservations call 216-687-0074 or visit
