The series *The Road to Sundance: on a shoestring budget*, based out of
northeast Ohio, will be filming its finale episode this month at Kent State
University.  Up to 350 seats will be available for the filming.  Please
contact *TheRoadtoSundance at gmail*.com for any further information.  Tell
your friends -- the more the merrier!!!



*WHEN:         Thursday, June 25th 2009 – *

EXTRAS should arrive NO EARLIER than *7:30pm, but NO LATER than 7:45pm*.  Doors
will lock at 7:46.  Will go until approx. 9:45pm.

*PARKING* is free at the pay lot in front of the Student Center for evening
parking – visit *www.Kent.edu <http://www.kent.edu/> *for more detailed
driving directions.



*WHERE:      The KIVA Center at Kent State University*

The KIVA is next to the Student Center and the Tall Library building on
campus – *ON SUMMIT ST*.



*WHAT:         *The taping that will commence entails a large audience
watching the premiere of the independent film that the characters in the
series have created.  Much of the participation that will take place is
reacting to what is on screen, or described, by cue.  There will not be an
actual film shown, much of that footage will be placed in the editing
process.  The show, however, is a comedy, so anticipate a fun, casual tone
to the evening.

*REQUIREMENTS:             *

*Release forms -                      *Every person attending must sign a
video release form which will be provided to you* (Attached to this email)*.
Bring all signed releases to the event.

                                               Without a release form, we
are unable to show YOU in  the video.

*Clothing –                              *Clothing can be dressed up and
formal, or dressed down and casual – as long as there are no crazy designs,
logos or patterns and no drug-related, profane or inappropriate apparel.

*Children -                               *This is suggested as an adult
event, just due to the amount of time EXTRAS will have to be in there seats
and wait for cues.

                                                If children attending can
sit still and participate correctly, discretion is left to the parents or
guardians.  Leaving or moving within the taping session

                                                can severely break the
continuity of the video.  All minors must have a parent/guardian sign the
release form as well.
