There isn't much time -- only a matter of days before Ohio Governor
Ted Strickland wants to slash library budgets in half statewide.  This
would mean branch closings, core services eliminated, no money for new
materials, severely restricted hours, and staff layoffs.  Many smaller
libraries, already struggling after recent cuts, will have to close
their doors altogether.
